Can’t get a real person for anything
I tried to get an order and subscription cancelled and I cant speak to a real person. I got on a chat, only to be directed to a site that you pay to ask questions.
This site was $5 I was directed to it by chat. When I signed up for it, figuring $5 wouldnt be bad to cancel my order and subscription, I was charged $65. When I told them I wanted to speak to a real person, I received an email saying that I could schedule an appointment to speak to someone.
To get this privilege they wanted $60. This is a rip off.

Hello my name is Tina Sampson I made 1 order with your company and it was for $48.04.now my bank statement showed another payment for $50.04 I would like to cancel the order for $50.04 and have it placed back onto my chime card account. I have already notified my bank about the non product I was supposed to have purchased thank you please cancel the order for the $50.04

ive been fighting for 3 months trying t,o get my money back i purchased a product i have proof on my bank statement showing the payment i was never sent any info like order # tracking # or evan conformation the product was evan sent they have all my information and my bank statement showing payment they keep sending the same letter to send them the order# etc which i never got they wont honer my claim saying they cant find the order and dont evan admit to taking the money from my card which i sent them 5 times it seems simple to me we recieved your money which i proved just give me a refund there costumer service is the worst i have ever dealt with
